A cake smash & splash session is the perfect way to celebrate your baby turning ONE!
Your little one won't remember their party, or their gifts in years to come, but they'll always be able to look back on their images marking their first birthday.
Through the session we will create some clean birthday portraits, followed by the cake smash itself and finishing off with our gorgeous roll top bath and bubbles - meaning in addition to creating gorgeous portraits you willl leave with a baby who's squeaky clean.
Every cake smash session is unique and designed with a colour scheme or theme chosen by you. Once your booking is confirmed, we will get in touch to arrange a date and then you will receive our cake smash questionnaire. This is your opportunity to let us know what you're hoping to acheive - then leave the rest to us. We will provide everything, from the set design to the outfit and the cake.
Our cakes are freshly baked by a local baker, and will be made to compliment the set of your cake smash.
After the session, we will invite you back to the studio for a viewing/ordering appointment where you can select which images and products you'd like to purchase. Once your order is placed, your images will be fully retouched by hand to an award winning standard - guaranteeing that your images will look perfect in print. From there your images will be sent to our incredible artwork partners, where they will be produced into the most incredible products that will last a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time to book?
You can book your cake smash session at any point after the birth of your baby, but in terms of scheduling a date - we recommend booking for when baby is 11-12 months old.
How long do the sessions last?
Our cake smash sessions typically last upto an hour, although there is never any rush and we work entirely at baby's pace.
What do I need to bring?
We advise bringing a couple of baby's favourite toys, and a snack/milk.
Are siblings and parents included in the session?
Our cake smash sessions are for baby only. As they are very busy sessions with lots going on, we are unable to photograph siblings and parents too. We recommend booking a family session if you wish to have portraits with other family members.

How do I order my images?
After your session, we'll invite you back to the studio for your reveal appointment where we will present your images on our large screen TV. At this appointment we'll go through all of your images and start putting a bespoke order together for you.
